When choosing releases there are a lot of questions to be asked. Are you looking for a wrist strap release, a hinge, a thumb trigger? Maybe you’re a hunter struggling with target panic and need a hinge style to hunt with.
One of the main things I always do when helping a customer find a release is to make sure it fits them properly. Whether it’s a hinge and it needs to be a smaller handle or a wrist strap and making sure the length is properly adjusted. Having a release that doesn’t fit you can affect your accuracy. That’s why it’s so important to make sure you choose the correct release. Make sure you buy a release and spend the time getting the release to fit you perfect and make sure you get the trigger/travel set perfect.
I recommend visiting your local pro shop or reaching out to one of the Scott Pro shooters for help.
